Zionists operate under the belief that by cutting off the "head of the snake," they can end the war, the conflict, or the resistance. What they fail to grasp is that this "snake" can grow back multiple heads. War is senseless and could have always been avoided. Resistance never instigates war—it’s historically the fault of the bully, the one currently holding power.
Recognizing the humanity in resistance IS the path to peace
There’s no reason we can’t live in peace, anywhere on this earth, if we respect our neighbors and even those far away. In a world where technology allows people to alter DNA with a shot and turn you into a walking antenna, the same "think tanks" that orchestrate these advancements could easily focus on ending wars. With their vast resources, they could have eradicated hunger long ago but instead, they profit from the wars they concoct, pushing a very different agenda for what this world should look like in the next ten or hundred years.
Some people don't give a damn about sending you to die for their interests, selling you the illusion that you’re defending your homeland or democracy. Like most nation-states, the Israeli populace has been conditioned to follow or idolize (often fake) figures rather than embrace genuine ideas. Trusting politicians has brought us to the endless conflicts we’ve seen over the last century in the Middle East.
Killing this or that Palestinian leader won’t extinguish the resistance. It will only end when there are either no more Palestinians left to resist or when Palestinian refugees are recognized as victims of the Zionist movement, compensated for their suffering, and allowed to return to historic Palestine. Just as Arabic Jews could return to their Arab ancestral lands.
Ultimately, Israel's political leadership opts for the former: the elimination of Palestinians and their resistance, believing this will stop the internal strife. But in reality, stopping the violence itself is what’s needed to foster a peaceful Middle East.
